Planning Your Disney World Vacation
Disney requires a $200 deposit for all hotels + park ticket packages. Full payment is due 30-days prior to check-in. All deposits are 100% refundable, up until 30-days before check-in.
When you book with me, you will receive my guide for Disney’s Lightning Lane Multi Pass system (aka the fast passes) and more. We will schedule several calls (as many as you want or need) as we go along planning your trip. I will make those advanced dining reservations and Bibbidi Bobbed Boutique reservations for you as well, and link all confirmation numbers, park tickets, etc. to your My Disney Experience account. I will also provide an itinerary if you need it!
Disney World consists of four parks – Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios.
All Disney resorts offer free parking and free transportation to and from all the parks via bus, skyline, or monorail (depending which resort you’re at). Disney resort guests get early entry to all parks (30 minutes before the public) and get to make their Lightning Lane pass reservations 7 days in advance.

Ways I help plan your Disney World Vacation:
My planning services are FREE when you book a Disney World vacation package with me which includes hotel and park tickets.
- Receive my Lightning Lane guide along with restaurant lists, etc. I take the research off your plate!
- We will schedule as many phone calls as you need and you can contact me any time with questions via phone call, text, or email.
- I ensure your hotel + tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account.
- I’m always monitoring Disney promotions and discounts and if one becomes available that is applicable to your vacation package, I will apply it ASAP!
- I am on-call during your trip if you need any help.
- I will provide an itinerary upon request!
- Assist with booking character & other dining reservations for your trip so you don’t have to wake up at 6am eastern to do so!
- Assist with securing hard to get reservations such as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Cinderella’s Royal Table (dining at the castle).
- Assist with booking transportation from MCO to your Disney Resort if needed.
- I provide a list of vendors for stroller rentals, nannies, grocery delivery, transportation, and more.
- Assist with booking stroller and EVC rental if needed.
- I will secure party tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party & Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party for you!

I charge a $100 service planning fee for guests who need help with their Disney trip but who’s vacation package is not booked under me. I assist as I would with clients who have booked their trip with me. I am also able to assist with helping you purchase 3-day or more park tickets and Disney World special event tickets such as Mickey’s Not-So-ScaryHallowen Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party.
